I have a requirement in Oracle Fusion General Ledger Allocations where the percentage rates (%) used in the allocation formula is to be dynamic, instead of hard‑coded values inside the rule (example: * 0.10, * 0.30, etc.).

Can we store % rates in a driver table maintained via ADFdi?
Can the Allocation Rule Basis use that table so the formula multiplies the Actual YTD amount by a dynamic driver value instead of a hard‑coded constant?

We are setting up an allocation rule in Oracle Fusion Cloud GL where the calculation currently uses hard‑coded percentage rates inside the formula. The business needs these percentages to be dynamic because there are 300+ combinations, and maintaining fixed values directly in the rule is not sustainable. We are exploring whether these percentage values can be managed externally through an ADFdi spreadsheet upload and used as driver inputs in the allocation rule.
