Custom dimension cost center allocation

Summary:

Currently our custom dimension cost center is calculated based on an allocation % defined in a custom allocation form, a rule defined calculates and rolls up the data to the respective parent member.

Our requirement is to move few existing base cost center members to different parents without the historical data having any impact or having to reconsolidate historical periods.
