FBDI/Rest API for Manufacturer to Mass update Address and City in Redwood

Hi Team,

In redwood we have enabled Manufacturer which is equivalent to Trading partner of type Manufacturer. we have lot of existing partners in classic. In redwood Address, City are mandatory attributes which system is asking to do. Is there any mass update option like FBDI or API to edit the existing?
