Index Rebuild->Guidelines to add max number of attributes for Items & Item Structure

Summary:

We are seeking confirmation on selecting the number of attributes for Index rebuild in Items & Item structure

1.We were asked to add only required attributes during indexing. and the same can be added to the custom views which we are expecting to view the data for the attributes either as a filter or output columns. are there any best practices? is it advisable to add all the available attributes in item management in the index and add the required attributes to the custom views?

2.when we reported couple of issues in the SR, oracle asked to enable the attribute set for "Inventory Management" in index page for Items but this step is not mentioned anywhere in the configuration documents published by oracle for product management. Do we have enable all other attribute sets as well like
