How 'Change Effective on' attribute is derive in delivered ADP Workforce Now Payroll Interface V2.

Summary:

We did some data change transaction in assignment page like,
1. Department changed on 03/04/2026

2. Location change on 03/04/2026

Ran the ADP Workforce Now V2 interface with parameter , Start Date : 02/15/2026; End Date : 03/15/2026

The output appear with different 'change effective date'

1. Department changed rows:

a. Compensation change row appeared with 'change effective date' = '03/04/2026'

b. Department change row appeared with 'change effective date' = '03/15/2026' (Future dated row)

2. Location changed rows:

a. Location change row appeared with 'change effective date' = '03/04/2026'

b. SUI/SDI tax jurisdiction code, worked state tax code row appeared with 'change effective date' = '03/15/2026' (Future dated row)
