Error Appearing When Creating a New Campaign in ORC

Hi Team,

We are experiencing an issue in Recruiting (ORC) when attempting to create a new Campaign.

When we navigate to:
MY Client Group —> Candidate Sourcing —> Campaigns → Create Campaign → Basic Info page,

an error message appears immediately, without entering any data. The error banner simply displays “Error”, with no additional details or message text.
Steps to Reproduce:

Go to Recruiting → Campaigns
Click Create Campaign
On the Basic Info page, the error banner appears at the top of the screen before any fields are populated.

Observed Behavior:

A red Error notification is shown at the top of the page.
No supporting details or diagnostic message are provided.
