How do we enable this feature in our environment. We need to auto classify categories from Subject and Detailed Description of HR Help Desk Requests. 25D Documentation claims this is possible with Workflow Automation and the Triage AI Agent but there is no documentation on how to do so. It says it is automatically configured but we do not see this working
