Should the Primary flag be on the Home email that is visible on the candidate application

Hi

I've been testing the Merging process in ORC and have the clarification question:

Should the Primary flag be on the Home email that is visible on the candidate application

In my test is have two candidate profiles that are duplicate:

Candidate #1 Charlie Profile Email: sijufrummifa-1217@yopmail .com Number 66666666 DOB 6/8/2000 REQ: 3110	Candidate #2 Charlie Profile Email: yepebrebuhi-3873@yopmail .com Number 77777777 DOB 6/8/2000 REQ: 3114

we are going to pick candidate #1 on for merging

After merge > personal info:

Update email to be of candidate #2

Candidate goes through ORC process and accepts job offer and their pending worker record is created. But the Primary flag is still linked to candidate #1, would have expected the primary flag to be applied to Email in screenshot above.
