Restrict Visibility of Job Applications

We want to restrict the visibility of job applications in the SRF to the logged in collaborator. They must be able to see only the job applications which they have created or must be able to see job applications for the candidate that they have created in the system. All the job applications must not be visible to the collaborator.

Currently, we have only one option to restrict this "Candidate Security Profiles". But this does not restrict visibility based on who actually created the candidate. Also, there is no security profile/workaround to restrict the visibility of the job applications.
