Not able to search for Pending Worker directly in Oracle search page

Hi Team

Can any one confirm why we are not able to search Pending workers in Oracle search pages like Termination/Local and Global Transfer etc without using Advance search option ? Is there a way to make Pending worker can also be searched directly without using Advance search
