Add Actions in job req

Summary:

Hi Everyone,

We've requirement to add  actions in job req for following needs

  1. Creation of a new Job Requisition action called "Closed" to be selected by recruiters once the job requisition has been filled. The time will be calculated as difference between the Open status and the Filled status.
  2. Creation of a new Job Requisition action called "Stand-by" to be selected by recruiters when the JR posting is active but the time will not increase.

Can you please let me know if it's feasible or not.
If it's feasible then what needs to be done in this case.
