Default tab on Redwood Inventory Transactions

In the Redwood Inventory Transactions UI, the Pending Transactions tab appears as the default. Is it possible to change this using VB Studio so that Completed Transactions becomes the first (default) tab and Pending Transactions becomes the second tab?as the Completed Transactions are used more often than Pending Transactions.
