Making National Identifier Field Mandatory Using Oracle Guided Learning Process Guide

We have a requirement to ensure that the National Identifier field is mandatory on the Personal Details page in Oracle Fusion HCM.
Currently, we are planning to implement this using a Process Guide in Oracle Guided Learning (OGL). The objective is to prevent users from proceeding in the guide if the National Identifier field is left blank.
Could you please confirm the following:
- Is it possible to enforce field validation in an OGL Process Guide so that the user cannot proceed to the next step if the National Identifier field is empty?
