Acting Payroll Flow

Summary:

This is related to custom Payroll flow pattern

We have implemented a flow where new temporary record is being created every-time the Person is Acting. This is done through HDL called by payroll flow.

Now customer wants to implement the change of manager through HDL. Functional consultant created a CUSTOM_MGR field

If person is Acting, his manager should change to the Person working in the Acting Position Parent

If someone is acting in Person's manager then also the Custom Manager should change to the person who is acting in manager's Position

This is needed, so that approvals are routed to the Custom Manager and not to the Line Manager.
