In version 25.11, Siebel Marketing's Segmentation feature has been replaced with Siebel Marketing - OAS Analysis integration. A migration utility is being released to convert existing segment metadata to a usable Analysis format, enabling existing customers to begin operations immediately. In the interim, a white paper detailing the manual segment-to-analysis conversion process is available.
