Hello,

Using Visual Builder, for the Create Job Requisition, we have define a validation rule : If the Position’s ‘Regular or Temporary’ field is ‘Temporary’ and the Hiring Manager selects in the Details screen for the field ‘Regular or Temporary’ the value ‘Permanent’ and error is displayed on the screen.

This validation rule does not work for the Hiring Manager as the ‘How to start’ screen is spinning after the hiring manage selects a Position.

Please provide the root cause and solution for this issue.
