Transfer balances to presentation currency from two different currency rates

Summary:

We want to transfer balances from a ledger to another in a diferent currency (HNL to USD), but filering by accounts, some accounts we need, have a currency rate and the others, other currency rate. We explore some options, but with none of them we could make it work. We create a secondary ledger to try copy just some journals filtered by account, but couldnt make that. The process Translate General Ledger Account Balances doesnt admit account as a parameter and the process Transfer Ledger Balances, doesnt admit it neither. Is there a way to make this in Oracle Fusion
