Transfer Transaction - Notification details are not visible for different roles

in Human Capital Management

Hi Team,

We are performing a Transfer transaction and making Job, Business Title, Department & Manager changes.
Notifications are missing Manager change details for HRBPs where as it appears for HR Admins.
To be more precise,
when HR Admin logs in, they are able to see All Changed Attributes (Job, Business Title, Department & Manager changes). Please refer below screen shot.

When HRBP logs in, they are only able to see (Job, Business Title, Department) changes, and Manager details are missing. Please refer below screen shot.

Comparing both roles and picking some random privileges/duties are not giving us the good results!
