Summary: Is it possible update the Bill Set # in the Bill Plan on a Contract using FBDI, ADFDI, or REST API?

We are attempting to update the Bill Set Number on many contracts at once, but i don't seem to be able to get the API to work. Is it possible to do bulk updates to the Bill Set Number?

I have tried to use the update bill plan API (https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/sales/faaps/op-contracts-contractsuniqid-child-billplan-billplanuniqid-patch.html) but whenever i run it i get this error: "404 Not Found Requested resource could not be found."

I also looked into the Update a contract API (https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/sales/faaps/op-contracts-contractsuniqid-patch.html), but don't know what i would put in the body of the API to update the contract.
