Narrative Reporting Note formula Reference POV in Rows or Columns

Summary:

Is there an option for the text formula, "Note (POV, Format, Template)" when it's a column in the report and uses the dimension member set within rows and columns. For instance, is this possibly done as part of the Named POV? I've tried by it always returns all the accounts within the rows when that row itself is defined as "Revenue". I would like it to dynamically filter the POV based on the Account dimension defined in each row.
