Job title custom - Approval Flow is needed

Summary:

In our assignment, we have a DFF which is : Local Job Title. In some cases (due to local legal requirements) or very specific cases, we need to update this field based on approval from Line manager and HRBP

What we have in mind is the following process :

Employee requests the update

LM and HRBP approves

The Local Job Title DFF is updated in the assignment without any HR Operations intervention.

I am looking for solution options using HCM standard (or configured) options.
