Internal Job Posting direct link takes Users to Interests Questionnaire

Summary:

We have created deep links to internal jobs posted on Opportunity Marketplace; whenever a Hiring Manager or Employee clicks on the link, instead of taking them directly to the job details of the job posting, instead, it takes them to the Interests Questionnaire (for first time users), which is confusing the Users.

Is there a way to bypass the Interests page for first time users and have the job link take them directly to the Job Details page?
