Hi Experts,

We have created a custom report for Document of Records and configured the report path under Document Types.

When we create a transaction, the report is generated and attached successfully. However, when we try to correct or update the data of an existing transaction, the transaction goes through the approval process.

After the approval is completed, the updated values are reflected correctly at the UI level. However, the attachment generated earlier is not getting updated with the latest values.
