can you edit existing Job Requisition Security Profiles?

Summary: In reviewing our Job Requisition Security Profiles with ORC, we have the "View All Job Requisitions" available. However, it is not able to be edited. I assume this is due to it being delivered. Would we layer in new? And can you end/deactivate old rules?

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information): Looking to add in layers to the recruiter view for requisitions and want to edit or add to current functionality. Looking for the best approach with this, as we do not want to add in too much and confuse the rules.
