Redwood PO: Is the Ship-to Party filter the same as the Ship-to Customer Filter?

Summary:

The Ship-to Party filter is not listed to select, but Ship-to Customer is? Are they the same?
*We think this should be listed in the filter based on Oracle’s documentation.

In the link, Ship-to Party is marked as YES as a filter option, yet we cannot filter through this attribute. Why is that? Please see word document attached with screenshots.

It does not show up as a filter option on the side pane in the Redwood PO screen though. I opened an SR, and I was told that the Ship-to Party and Ship-to Customer attributes are the same. Why would they have two different names? I would like to receive clarification through Customer Connect as well for a second opinion.
