Getting below error when we are trying to import ARC on prem to arcs migration time .

This occurring for reconsolation import.

/Reconciliation Manager/Reconciliations/Aug - 2025 :- : JBO-27024: Failed to validate a row with key oracle.jbo.Key[100000000083328 ] in HistoryEO - An unexpected error occurred: {ERROR}

Any one have idea what is the issue ?
