How can a buyer add notes to an approved requisition from the 'process requisitions' screen?

Summary: Buyers want to be able to add notes to any requisition in the 'process requisition' screen. Currently we select the requisition and don't see any option anywhere to add notes to the approved PR. Is there a way to edit and add notes?
