Anyone had any issues updating balance group usages?
Summary:
With the new delivered elements for the state of Colorado's employer head tax we have uncovered some reporting issues. The balances for Head Tax ER Liability are not showing on any reporting: payroll activity report, deduction report, employee active balance report. Oracle has recommened updating the balance group usages, however I am very cautious about doing so. Has anyone updated seeded balance group usages, if so were there any issues or things we should take into consideration prior to updating?
