Greetings!
This issue is about the scenario which involves retro change on the past retro change which was processed in the past.

e.g.

In a given pay period 2/15/2026 - 2/21/2026 - there are 20 hours for an earning element. This got processed in the next payroll run as expected.

There is change to this value of hours and this gets captured in 2/22/2026 to 2/28/2026 pay period and it gets processed accordingly.

But -when there is another change for the same value in the same cycle and if there is off-cycle run made for the same, the next run has got much inflated output leading to overpayment issue.
