Trading Partner ID Search Popup Not Working for Users With Custom Role–What Privilege Is Required?

We are facing an issue in the Supplier Site → General→B2b Communication select Yes →Associated Collabration Document →Edit→Trading Partner Assignment →Click Add screen.Users with a Custom Supplier Role are unable to search for the Trading Partner ID.

When the user clicks the lookup icon for Trading Partner ID, only an empty popup appears (see Screenshot 1).However, users assigned the Application Implementation Consultant (AIC) role can see the full searchable Trading Partner dialog (Screenshot 2), including fields like Service Provider, Trading Partner ID, and Partner ID Type
