fields are disabled (effected) on the Add a contingent worker page in production.

Summary:

we have made “Business Unit, Job, Grade” and “Department fields read only for recruiter using page composer EL expression but same fields gets effected in CoreHR pages as well (add a contingent worker).

is there any way to restrict those fields in create offer page only not in other pages?
