Why the serials missing in IB shipment serial screen in WMS?

Not able to do the receiving due to serial number is empty in IB shipment serial screen.

Not able to do the receiving with the error bellow

These three LPNs are missing the serials, there are not record in the IB Shipment serial screen. LPN: 260309KMT13000002 ,260310KMT13000002, 260312KMT13000002
