Unable to call local integration within project -OIC GEN3 - Not working for one Integration

Summary:
Hi I am using OIC gen3 version , within a project there are three integration.
E.g A. B and C are the integrations
From A, I can invoke B but from A I am not able to Invoke C

Tried copy this integration to other project but still same error.

I have seen there is suggestion to enable loopback, but shouldn't that affect all the integration? Why only specific integration not available for local call?
