Cost Center dimension custom allocation

Summary:

We have implemented an alternate cost center allocation process in our application. In this setup, data is allocated from a source cost center to multiple target cost centers based on allocation percentages entered through data forms. The allocation is executed through custom calculation rules. Allocation percentages are maintained by the business and may change either monthly or year-to-year through the data form.

Currently, some cost centers are already allocated using direct shared members in the hierarchy. However, the business is now requesting that these cost centers follow the same allocation approach as other cost centers, where allocations are driven by percentages entered in the form and processed through custom rules.
