Display Percentages on Bar chart in BI dashboard

Summary:
In one of our BIP analysis reports, the pie chart visualization shows the percentage values correctly. However, the bar chart, which is built on the same dataset, is not displaying the percentage values on the bars.

We would like to make this interactive, so it displays percentage values similar to the pie chart.
Could you please guide us on how to enable or display percentage values on a bar chart in BIP?
Is there a specific setting under Properties → Data Labels or Values that needs to be enabled, or is this behavior a known limitation of the bar chart visualization?
