Service Overview Dashboard

in Reporting & Analytics for B2C Service

We are wanting to create a dashboard with a structure similar to the Out of the Box Dashboard Service Overview. This dashboard has each report element with a similar size, structure and functionality than what we are able to create with the dashboard editor. Is there a way to replicate this structure and the features this dashboard provides?
