As part of Essbase 21c a new Hybrid BSO calculation function @QUERYBOTTOMUP is available. However, FCCS seeded formulas from Period, View and Movement dimension continue to use @NONEMPTYTUPLE function. @QUERYBOTTOMUP is a relatively new function and unless FCCS certifies its own seeded member formula and calculations, it makes sense to continue using @NONEMPTYTUPLE in member formulas.
