Primary Location and Position LOV are not displaying values on Create Job Requisition page

Hello experts!

On the Create Job Requisition page, the Primary Location and Position LOV are not showing values on Production. It is working fine on Test Environment but not on Production. Earlier today another similar issue happened with Candidate Pool page not showing Candidates added. I fixed it with bunch of Profile Options and running ESS processes as advised in another post.

I tried everything, running Load and Index Master Geographies schedule process, other ESS jobs for location, ensured all the relevant profile values are enabled.

Please help me understand what exactly is missing and how to fix this issue please. Attached screenshots for reference.
