SP: Update Net Forecast in Supply Plan UI to be retained for next Supply Plan Run

Summary:

We have a requirement from Business to make changes to Net Forecast (External Forecast) uploaded using FBDI in Supply Plan UI, and expected to retain this value for next scheduled Plan Run of Supply Plan (Refresh with Current Data).

Basically no way to update the Forecast in UI, and Simulation Set also not allowing to add Forecast. Business want to upload FBDI template when bulk of change, but want to make the changes in UI if Forecast changes for one or two records.

Any Suggestion on this?
