Redwood PO: KPIs and Data Visualizations not staying on Purchasing screen

Summary:

We are testing this feature:

"Navigate to Tasks and View Key Performance Indicators Using the Purchasing Landing Page"

We are working on adding new visualizations to the Purchasing Landing Page. When we add and exit edit mode, it shows on our screen. But once we exit the screen and go back, it is gone. And no other users are able to see it. Only the person who created the visualization can see it until the leave the screen.

There is no option to save the work either. Is there a step we are missing?
