Promote/Transfer Actions Triggering in Transaction Console During Internal Candidate Job Offer(26A)

Description:

We have observed in release 26A that when an internal candidate is processed through Manage Job Offers in Oracle Recruiting Cloud, the Promote and Transfer actions are unexpectedly triggered in the Transaction Console.

Issue:

• Internal candidate details appear correct during selection.
• However, once the job offer is processed, the Transaction Console shows Promote/Transfer actions being initiated.
• This behavior is consistent in 26A and seems to originate from Core HR integration.

Impact:

This creates confusion for recruiters and HR teams, as the Transaction Console reflects actions that were not explicitly initiated during the offer process.
