Can we add (Apply with) Indeed as a partner multiple times (different LEs/API Keys)?

Summary:

We have many Legal Employers in 1 instance. They all have separate Indeed Admin Accounts and career site links. They are completely different companies - different tax IDs.

To use Apply with Indeed, we would get API Keys from each Indeed admin account. Then, we add to our partner configuration.

Is there a way to add Indeed as a partner each time so each site can use 'Apply with Indeed' - I have not been successful…
