Can i add dynamic trigger to Self Service Procurement Page?

Summary:

I want to add dynamic triggers to Self Service Procurement Page using Form Rules which are triggered based on a value entered in another field. As of now, I have one such trigger which is to be check the Negotiated checkbox when the amount entered is below or equal to 2000 USD but it is only triggered when the page loads and not dynamically when the amount field is updated.

Even validation rules to throw an error message is triggered on page load and not dynamically based on other field changes, is this a limitation of Redwood itself or am I missing something?
