Hello Experts,

I am trying to invoke an AI Agent from a VBCS application UI on a custom page that is built using the Redwood template, but I am facing issues in invoking the agent successfully.

My requirement is to call the AI Agent when a user performs an action on the custom page. However, currently the agent is not getting invoked as expected.

I would like to understand:

  • What is the recommended approach to invoke an AI Agent from a Redwood-based VBCS custom page UI?
  • Should this be done using Action Chains, REST service integration, or any specific Redwood supported mechanism?
