Way to identify whether the Pending worker record is converted via Convert or Quick Convert option

Summary:

Hi Everyone,

I just want to check if there is a way to identify whether the Pending Worker record is converted through Convert or Quick Convert option.

We have some validations while converting the pending worker record like Gender,Marital Status and Highest Education mandatory. We have identified that the pending worker record got converted without passing these mandatory fields. We did not schedule any job for quick convert.

Hence wanted to check if we can identify whether the record conversion happened through Convert or Quick convert option.
