Redwood RSSP : Requestors are not able to access change orders created by other Requestors

Summary:

After enabling change order in redwood, the requestor who created the change order is able to access them but other requestors who have access to the Business Units and valid procurement agent aren't able to access these change orders. They get below error.

"Either this change order doesn't exist, or permission is required to view it. Please contact your help desk to get access."

Please let us know if requesters can access change orders created by other requesters in redwood.

If this is supported, what privileges/data security policies are required for them to access the change orders created by other users?
