Unable to Hide fields on Redwood page based on Worker Type

We have a requirement to hide fields on redwood pages - employment info, page based on worker type.

We are looking to hide fields based on worker type. Could you please guide us on an alternative approach, if there is any way to hide them

For example , worker category, assignment category, full time ,hourly salaried fields are to be hidden when an HR checks the page for a contingent worker. However should be displayed for an employee

Passport and drivers license sections to be hidden for contingent workers , however should be visible for employees
