We have done with below steps:

  1. Enabled Enhanced Address validation and selected extension as Payroll and ‘Address Validation Method’ as Full address verification service
  2. Loaded Geographies for US(ORA_HCM) - ALL loaded as user - ORA_HCM
  3. Enabled the Calculation Entries task in Redwood
  4. Enabled USOPTE - Manage Tax Engine - Vertex to ORACLE
  5. Run Upgrade Feature -Calculation Card Dynamic HDL Business Objects Generator
  6. Earnings accumulation transition date set
  7. Ran Address Validation Process flow in
