Hello,

We have specific users (HRBP) (having custom Recruiter Role) that creates Job Requisition (access from My Client Group) on behalf of Hiring Manager: The requirement is when a HRBP submits a Job Requisition it does not go for approval but the Recruiter (set in the Job Req) is notified (Same behavior with Hiring Manager)

Any idea if this could be achieved?
