Activity is not displayed

in Learning

In Oracle HCM Cloud Learning, we noticed that for one learner who completed a course, only the Reaction Evaluation activity appears in Activity Management, while the SCORM activity is not displayed.

For another learner who completed the same course and offering, both activities are visible.

We already ran the Learning processes to refresh indexes and assignments, but the issue remains.

Has anyone experienced this behavior or knows what could cause a SCORM activity to not appear in Activity Management for a completed course?
